While troubleshooting steps often help, sometimes, one of the most effective solutions is a reinstall. This process removes the existing application files and settings completely, allowing you to start fresh with a new installation, which can often resolve persistent problems. However, if you are unsure, please contact our Support Team at https://skylum.com/support/contact, and we'll look at your case closely.
