# Spaces

Public Spaces — the feature that allows you to easily ***share your works*** with friends, family, acquaintances, clients, or a broader audience through a unique link to your page works.

{% @arcade/embed url="<https://app.arcade.software/share/QsQmT1uPmIGYqnDhwBzV>" flowId="QsQmT1uPmIGYqnDhwBzV" %}

You can ***select your photos in the Luminar for Desktop app*** ***and export them to a personal virtual album*** that automatically syncs with your Skylum account. From the web browser, you can easily view these photos and tweak your selection like:

* add an album title;
* reorder the photos;
* explore each photo in a single view;
* adjust metadata display settings;
* adjust the download permissions;
* delete individual images or the whole album;

Once you're satisfied, you can publish and share your portfolio with a ***unique public link.*** It's a wonderful way to showcase your progress, gather feedback, and share your creativity with others. It can also serve as a self-presentation tool, ideal for connecting with potential clients or establishing your personal brand.

Spaces are displayed in the left directory panel, under the list of folders and albums:

To delete a space via Luminar for Desktop, click on it with the right mouse and select delete:

You can add up to 200 photos per Space

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://support.skylum.com/how-to-use-luminar-for-desktop/catalog/catalog-files/backing-up-your-photo-edits/spaces.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
